3. Returns & Health Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If a product is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days for assistance.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
